Dreamy Contemplation.

I was listening to day to Ronan Keatings - Life is a roller coaster.

It got me thinking about life. It really is like a roller coaster, and we do just have to hang on and ride it don't we? If you look back you will see the lows, the slow gradual climb back up, and those head spinning times when life's is rushing by in an exciting thrilling head over heals pace, until it settles back down.. coasting again until the next high, low, or corkscrew dizziness.

It also made me think of life, and how it shapes us. It is true as one door closes, another opens, just don't spend to much time looking at the closed door to miss the open one. It is also true we don't realise what we have until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Of course each part of the ride teaches us, mould and shapes us, so even when it a real low, its am important time for ones personal growth and development. I for one would not change on single thing in my past, because in changing that, I would change who and where I am today. Never live in the past but always learn from it, and move on a better person.

Yesterday is but a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision, but the today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were. Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more wisely. Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centred. - Love them anyway.
If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. - Do good anyway.
If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies. - Succeed anyway.
The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. - Do good anyway.
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. - Be honest and frank anyway.
The biggest person with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest person with the smallest mind. - Think big anyway.
What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. - Build anyway.
People really need help but may attack if you help them. - Help people anyway.

And do it all knowing that you have done the best you can, and learnt and grown each step of the way!

I believe you can tell more about a person by what they says about others than you can by what others say about them.

How indeed can we realise full happiness with having shared sorrow, and maybe a sprinkling of regret in there too.

Make sure you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy.

Happiness lives for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives.
